Ask us a questionHow do I know if the price has dropped?
A measured drop is shown when comparable history is available. The card explains the observed information. A package can also match your trip without showing a price drop. The final price is always the operator’s.
Will every departure have matches?
No. An airport or destination appearing in the form doesn’t guarantee a match. Availability also depends on your dates, duration, travellers and budget.
What does a free account include?
Follow one trip, browse up to three matching packages and receive one offer per email. After the first match, free emails go out on Tuesdays and Saturdays at most, depending on your frequency and new offers.
What does Premium add?
Up to five saved trips, more packages to browse and up to three offers per email, per trip, as often as daily depending on new offers and your settings. See the Pricing page for the annual price and terms.
Do I book with Soltrava?
No. Soltrava helps you find packages; booking, holiday payments and changes are handled directly by the tour operator. Check their terms before booking.
Can I stop receiving emails?
Yes. Pause each trip watch or turn off emails in your preferences. Pausing emails doesn’t cancel a Premium membership; renewal is managed separately in your account.
