Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of SOLTRAVA's email-alert service. By creating an account or receiving our alerts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
SOLTRAVA is an email-alert service. Our algorithms watch the price of all-inclusive vacation packages departing from five Canadian airports (Montréal, Toronto, Québec City, Ottawa, Halifax) and email you when a significant drop is detected. SOLTRAVA does not sell packages, does not process bookings and is not a travel agency. No mobile app is required: everything happens in your inbox.
2. Your account
You create an account with your email address. Sign-in happens only through a magic link sent to that address: no password is used. You are responsible for the security of your inbox and for any activity on your account. You must be of legal age in your province of residence to enter into a contract.
3. Email alerts
By signing up, you consent to receive alert emails from SOLTRAVA, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes our contact information and a working unsubscribe link. You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving our alerts at any time, free of charge. Withdrawals are processed within ten business days.
4. Free and premium plans
The service includes a free plan, which gives access to a selection of deals, and a paid Premium plan that unlocks access to more matching packages and up to five saved trip searches. Premium is offered at CA$49.99 per year, billed once up front and renewed automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. Any applicable taxes are added based on your province of residence. Payment is processed by our provider Stripe; SOLTRAVA never sees or stores your card number. You can cancel at any time from your account: cancellation stops the renewal and your access remains active until the end of the period already paid. Money-back guarantee: if the Premium plan is not right for you, write to us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
5. Accuracy of information
Package prices and availability change constantly and are set by third parties independent of SOLTRAVA. An alert reflects information observed at a specific moment and is neither an offer nor a guarantee of price or availability. Always verify the details with the provider before making any decision.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". SOLTRAVA does not warrant that alerts will be complete, error-free or uninterrupted, and cannot be held responsible for purchase decisions made from an alert, nor for transactions concluded with third-party providers.
7. Referral program
Referrals are for personal invitations only: no spam, paid traffic, fake accounts or self-referral, including through another email address. For new referrals, the referrer receives CA$10 by Interac e-Transfer when a new member signs up through their link before completing initial onboarding and pays at least CA$20 before tax for their first annual Premium subscription. Free trials, refunded payments and disputed payments do not qualify. The first invitation stored in the browser expires after 30 days. Each person can qualify once; renewals do not earn rewards. Validation starts at least 30 days after the first payment, after checking payment and active subscription status. Turning off renewal while retaining paid access does not disqualify a referral. Up to 10 rewarded referral slots are reserved per referrer and calendar year of first payment, in America/Toronto time; a voided allocation does not free another slot. Recipients must confirm their name, verified account email and ability to receive Interac e-Transfers into a Canadian bank account. Validated rewards are grouped by recipient and processed once a month, starting at CA$10, when Interac payouts are open. Availability is shown in the dashboard; rewards remain recorded while the service is being prepared. SOLTRAVA covers its sending fees. Transfers count as paid after their deposit is confirmed. If the bank confirms that funds were returned, rewards are revalidated before another transfer. Earlier referrals retain their applicable terms and are verified before delivery. Abuse may result in cancellation of rewards. Future program changes apply to new referrals. The affiliate interest list is separate, with no active commissions or guaranteed launch date.
8. Affiliate program
SOLTRAVA may offer a separate affiliate program for creators and partners with an audience. Joining the waitlist is not enrolment: it expresses interest and does not guarantee any admission, commission or payment. Admission to the program is at SOLTRAVA's sole discretion following a manual review. Where applicable, the specific terms (commissions, tracking, payment and compliance requirements) will be communicated separately at the time of admission and must be accepted before any participation. SOLTRAVA may decline an application, change or end the program at any time.
9. Changes
SOLTRAVA may change the service or these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
